About The Event

RAGE (Re-navigating Anger and Guilty Emotions) is a 6-week anger management course for adolescents. The RAGE course was developed in 2006 in response to the issue of adolescent parental abuse and was later incorporated into a resource called, “Breaking Point Breaking Through.” The course uses a Strengths-Based Solution-Focused framework. The course consists of:

• Anger recognition skills,

• Identification of triggers & thoughts,

• Healthy expressions of anger,

• Dealing with guilt,

• Self care (Diet, exercise, relaxation),

• Summary, Awards, Evaluation
